Appointment Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling appointments with our service.


24-Hour Notice 

Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time to be eligible for a refund. Appointments canceled with fewer than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.


Refund Policy 

If an appointment is canceled more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, a full refund of the payment fee will be issued to the original payment source.


Refund Processing Time

Please note that refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the date of cancellation.


Cancellation Method

All cancellations and rescheduling must be made through email correspondence. Cancellations made through any other method will not be recognized. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Appointment Cancellation Policy.
